QIC's mission to transform central Ringwood into a future-ready hub for local industry and lifestyle ticked over a key milestone in September with the Department of Transport office officially opening on the site opposite Eastland, Sage Hotel and Realm library.
The A-grade tower was developed for the Victorian Government with the assistance of construction partner Maben, architecture studio Fender Katsalidis and commercial fitout specialist Peckvonhartel. Rising to 10 storeys, the new tower is Ringwood's tallest to date and home to a state-of-the-art VicRoads customer service hub.
The Department of Transport office forms part of an ambitious shared vision for streamlining daily life in Melbourne’s east, joining the Maroondah City Council office and Waterman Eastland in a burgeoning business destination. This support for local industry is set to continue with the development of further premium office accommodation at 5 Bond Street.
