We deliver standout customer experiences through close collaboration with our retail and hospitality partners, drawing on local knowledge and global best practice to ensure impactful design and delivery outcomes.
Intuitive and culturally resonant design is integral to our mission to fulfil the whole-life needs of the communities we serve. By joining our network, you gain access to our extensive experience in the management of interior and service design, sustainable fitout, project management and visual merchandising.
To ensure your physical footprint works hard for you from day one, we will support your appointed design and shopfitting professionals throughout the design and construction of your store, kiosk, salon, café or restaurant.
Our dedicated tenancy design and delivery managers are on hand to provide guidance, inspiration and market intelligence in the lead up to your opening and in the future, highlighting ways to enhance your space as consumer needs evolve.
Your Retail Design Manager (RDM) takes you through the design ethos of the centre, design guidelines and timeframes, and suggests qualified local designers if required.
Your Tenancy Delivery Manager (TDM) outlines the site requirements, fitout guidelines and timeframe for the construction of your store.
Your appointed designer shares design drawings with the RDM for feedback on the look and feel of your space.
Next, your appointed consultants develop the preliminary design and service requirements.
In close consultation with us, your designer hones the plan for your space and submits their final design.
After any essential revisions have been made, we will issue your Final Design Approval documentation (which is required for the lodgement of any building permit or development application).
Should QICRE be required to make changes to the base build to accommodate your design, your TDM will work with you to price and schedule these works.
During this time, you should arrange any utilities you require beyond the services embedded within the centre.
Once you have appointed a qualified shopfitter, your TDM ensures you have everything in place to execute a successful fitout. We then meet you on-site to officially hand over your premises.
After your shopfitter has completed works and submitted occupancy certification, the TDM arranges a pre-opening inspection.
Once pre-trade requirements are satisfied we will arrange for hoardings to be removed.
Should any defects or departures from the approved design be identified, you are obliged to rectify these within 14 days.
Every lease cycle we will supply you with a report that lists recommended upgrades to your premises to ensure your business continues to thrive in a rapidly evolving marketplace.
