Office development
To support Robina’s growth as a major employment hub for the Gold Coast, QIC commenced construction on a new commercial building adjacent to the shopping centre in August 2021.
Setting a new benchmark for the area, the 7000sqm property will deliver a sophisticated CBD-style workplace complete with three levels of office accommodation, a dedicated lobby cafe and on-site undercover parking.

The greenfield development benefits from direct access to the retail, dining and entertainment experiences of Robina Town Centre and superior connectivity via the M1 Motorway, while a new road will ensure streamlined access to the new building and existing Centrelink office. Set to open in early 2023, the offices will be exclusively occupied by Australian Government personnel.
