In a year where disruption has become the new normal, QIC Global Real Estate has continued to focus on delivering the environment, social and governance (ESG) initiatives which are integral to our business.

Working closely with our stakeholders, we have delivered key initiatives under our ambitious sustainability goals, which are helping deliver on our commitment to enhancing our ESG performance across our Australian retail and office portfolio.

QIC was created in 1991 by the Queensland Government to serve its long-term investment responsibilities and has grown into a leading long-term specialist manager in alternatives.

Our ESG report is aligned to the Global Reporting Initiative's (GRI) Sustainability Reporting Standards in accordance with their 'Core' option.
