We capture our key ESG data and trends and report against a number of ESG benchmarks to track our performance and compare it against our property sector peers.

To continue to deliver against our ESG Strategy, we track our progress against the priority areas of Resource Efficiency & Circular Economy; Climate Change; Sustainable Value Chain; and Community Investment.

QIC's active board, committees and tailored policies and standards provide the perspective and structure for efficiency and integrity in corporate governance.

We continue to invest in supporting and developing our people, recognising that it is vitally important in retaining high-performing teams that deliver outstanding outcomes for our clients and shareholder.

QIC was created in 1991 by the Queensland Government to serve its long-term investment responsibilities and has grown into a leading long-term specialist manager in alternatives.

Our ESG report is aligned to the Global Reporting Initiative's (GRI) Sustainability Reporting Standards in accordance with their 'Core' option.
